Returns & Exchanges

At Morrow Soft Goods, we want you to love your home as much as we do. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns and exchanges on unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and labels are intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect the goods, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
